Professionalism and Reasonable

I rented a 20 x 20 foot tent with tables, chairs and tablecloths for a backyard reception. The weather was very windy, but the tent was extremely sturdy, so it wasn't a problem at all! We were very impressed with the professionalism of Hugo and his team. I thought that their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend H & A rentals.

  • Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by browsing our extensive inventory of party rental items, including tables, chairs, linens, and more. Once you've selected the items you need for your event, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date of your event and delivery location, and we'll arrange for the items to be delivered to your doorstep or event venue. We'll take care of cleaning and maintenance, so you can focus on enjoying your party.

  • In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.

  • Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is typically due day of pick up or delivery. 

  • We use Stripe, an online charging system to charge our customers. Through this we accept all forms of payment including credit/debit cards, cash, and check.

    *Note: If paying with check, full payment must be completed at least a week prior to the event date. This ensures checks accurately go through in our system.*

  • Delivery is charged based on distance and the amount of labor/trips needed.

    In-Town Deliveries (Champaign, Urbana and Savoy) are charged as following:

    • Orders between $1-$299 are considered small in-town delivery
    • Orders between $300-$999 are considered medium in-town deliveries
    • Orders between $1,000-$2,000 are considered large in town deliveries
    • Anything over $2,000+ will be charged based upon labor/trips needed

    Out of town deliveries are based upon the following factors: Base Fee, Distance $3/Mi, Time and Complexity Factor.
